You took such great care of Mr. Wilson, we just want to say Thanks a million. He was so happy and content with you that he wasn't even excited to see us when we got back. I think he was worn out from all the fun. Also, WOW he sure looks good...someone took a lot of time to comb him and get all his knots out. He looks like a new dog. Thank you, thank you, thank you..and Mr. Wilson thanks you. I sure hope he didn't get into too much trouble, he has his grouchy moments for sure.

The picture above is how he looked before we brought him in, he could barely see! LOL.

Bandit was neutered on Friday and he is doing extremely well. He will start daycare back up next week. I know he will be excited to get back to all his playmates and girlfriends! I am so thrilled that I found Waggin' Tails and appreciate all that you do for Bandit.

I am delighted to have found your daycare and boarding center and believe it is a wonderful thing for dogs to get to play together. I am trying to figure out if it is feasible for me to bring Angus (westie) there for some daycare days after seeing how much he enjoyed himself boarding. Thank you for providing this wonderful service!

Louie, Klee and I wanted to thank all of you for the extra special care you gave Louie while we were away. Ten days is a very long time for anyone to be away from home, but Louie came back to us relaxed and happy. I know you went out of your way to make him feel comfortable and at home. To see just how relaxed he was, please refer to the attached photo! Louie will definitely stay with you again the next time we go somewhere he can't!

Thanks for your e-mail!! Sorry for the delay in responding. Sophie is doing great!!! We really see big improvements in her. Sophie hardly jumps on us at all anymore and she has been home alone (out of her crate) several times now and no destructive behavior……good girl Sophie :-) When we go on walks we always use her gentle leader and she sits before entering or exiting.

Susie and I want you to know how happy we are to have found this wonderful home-away-from-home for our boys Mac and Fred.

Susie said when they realized they were in the parking lot of your place they started dancing and turning in circles in the back of the Element. Obviously they enjoy the time they spend there with you and your staff.

Susie's sisters who both live in Tyler spent too much of their work day watching our guys and your other guests one Friday when they were there.

Thanks for making leaving them a little easier. Now that we are in the house, they have a yard with an eight foot, board on board fence with little windows cut out for them to see outside.

We're bring them to you on Sunday. I wish I could convey that to them so they could look forward to it.

Happy Birthday, Waggin Tails!

Your first year was a good one, and I hope your subsequent years are GREAT ones! I know my Mom is so very impressed that you answered her e-mail so quickly. She said that shows you care. She also thinks it's great that she sees people in the rooms all the time cleaning up right away, and paying attention to the dogs. She loves your place. So do we!

Moon and Sascha wanted to say thank you for the wonderful treats you sent home with them today. They sure love playing at Waggin Tails. They said I could send pictures of them eating their muffins.
